Coming up on 2 year and I can honestly say, I haven't been seriously sick with a cold or flu. If I feel something trying to get started, I take a super hammer and a day or two of egg drop soup with lots of garlic and onions. Welp! There is something going around and I am really trying to ward it off. So today, I took a boatload of vitamin D and made a very bootleg version of with chicken broth, garlic, ginger, onions, sesame oil, shirataki noodles, and eggs.
