Drop a 🙋🏻♀️ below if you love tacos too! 🤤 You’ll often hear that the most successful people eat healthy, work out everyday, journal, read, meditate and do all kinds of shit that make you think they must also be able to stop time. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do all that. Does it help?! Hell yeah! Working out releases endorphins in your body, that help alleviate stress, anxiety & depression - all the feelings you’ll feel as an entrepreneur. Journaling helps you focus, release feelings & thoughts, track progress, etc... Trust me, a CLIENT doesn’t care whether or not you completed your journal entry for the day. Nobody has ever “made it” because they went to the gym & had daily wheatgrass shots. They made it because they worked their ass off & offered an amazing product or service that people wanted & needed. The life of an entrepreneur is tough. It’s full of ups & downs so it’s vital that you develop healthy, positive coping mechanisms that allow you to reset, recharge & refocus but please don’t get caught up in the idea that you have to be perfect.
