Merry Fitmas Everyone!
Day 11 Done!
30 Jumping Jack's plus, 10 pushups, 30 Calf Raises, 10 Lunges, 30 knee raises, 15 side lunges, 30 sec plank, 30 sec of mountain climbers, 15 chair dips, 20 crunches, and 30 second wall sit!! I did it!! The first video I did got deleted on accident while editing so I went back and did the last 3 I could remember! Today was wall sits and they definitely kicked my butt after having to do it twice.lol

One thing today Is I'm so thankful to even be doing this and being able to workout! Being in a state of gratitude and having a positive attitude has helped me get through this and everything so far in my life! Thank God for everything I have and am able to do!
