Merry Fitmas Everyone! 💗🎄💗 Day 11 Done! 30 Jumping Jack's plus, 10 pushups, 30 Calf Raises, 10 Lunges, 30 knee raises, 15 side lunges, 30 sec plank, 30 sec of mountain climbers, 15 chair dips, 20 crunches, and 30 second wall sit!! I did it!! The first video I did got deleted on accident while editing so I went back and did the last 3 I could remember! Today was wall sits and they definitely kicked my butt after having to do it twice.lol Hope everyone has a Thankful and Thoughtful Thursday! One thing today Is I'm so thankful to even be doing this and being able to workout! Day 94 - Legs Hypertrophy So happy I’m closer to this Sweat location now with the turf cause I’ll be able to incorporate sled pushes into my hypertrophy days (and some more fun stuff when it comes time to start cutting in the spring) instead of only the static machine work. - Key to the sled push is getting low and driving with your quads. Do a light load and run with it or a heavy load and walk push it, doesn’t matter just get that sucker from point A to point B.
