Happy world fisheries day!
It is celebrated every year on November 21 throughout the world by fishing communities. This day is celebrated through rallies, workshops, public meetings, cultural programs, dramas, exhibition, music show, and demonstrations to highlight the importance of maintaining the world's fisheries!! :)
Here I am presenting just a simple roasted paplet fish!!
}clean the fish, make some cuts on it , and rub all the normal mirch masala salt ( as per your choice )
}Then tk a coal shegdi ( or you can make it in vessel or 3 stone chulha, as per your convenience ) burnt some coal on it ( keep giving air through the hand fan or jhapdi / fukni etc whatever available at your home )
}Place a jali / net on it , & place the fishesh n roast it ( in btw keep giving air by hand fan / jhapdi / fukni ) , fish will ready in few mins it doesn't tk too much time to cook fish they r already soft. Roasted fish is ready
}You can serve it with squeeze of lemon, Onion Slice or mint chutney, I just can't control myself to taste the roasted fish so just clicked the 1 simple picture & directly in my tummy! Om nom nom nom ( no time for presentation - sorry!! )
