Sometimes to help me sleep better I leave my Himalayan Salt lamp on. It's soothing glow changes the atmosphere of my room. I usually turn it on a half hour before bed and some nights let it run all night long. I love the look of these lamps. Beautiful and functional.
In the glow you can just make out a water bottle and some diffuser oils. Of course some nights I run my diffuser as well. Lately it was helping me when I had my cold. Keeping moisture in the air, opening my airways, and fighting the germs I was spreading around the room.
