One thing I’ve really improved on is my upper chest, building a thick upper chest is key to complimenting an aesthetic physique and these are two of my go to not so common exercises that will rip up your upper chest 💪🏼 The main emphasis on both of these exercises is the squeeze, control the weight and feel the contraction in every rep.
