MY MORNING ROUTINE 🌿
32 OZ OF LEMON & HONEY WATER
Adding lemon to my water makes it living and reawakens its healing abilities and makes it more hydrating. The body does a lot of detoxification overnight, especially the liver. So the gunk that has been drawn out of my cells and tissues needs to be flushed out in the morning, so the toxins don't settle back in. The raw honey helps to restore glucose to my liver, after being depleted overnight. It does A LOT more than this, but I'm trying to keep this post as short as possible.
16 OZ OF CELERY JUICE
I wait 30 min before my celery juice. It restores hydrochloric acid in my stomach. This is critical for breaking down food properly, so that I get the nutrients from the foods I eat. It helps heal my skin, my insomnia, kill off the EBV in my system and other unwanted pathogens. It repairs my DNA, alkalizes my gut, helps restore my adrenals and kidney function. And so much more!
10 MIN REBOUNDING
I'm still too tried and weak to go for long walks or do intense exercise. So this helps get my lymph moving. The lymph system does not have its own pump, like the blood has with the heart. So for it to move, YOU need to move. And rebounding is the most effective way to move lymph. It also helps with detoxification, strengthening muscles, digestion, increasing oxygen flow & more. I like listening to good music or doing my daily affirmations during this time, which helps set the intentions for my day and raises my vibration.
I wait another 30 min after my celery juice. Watermelon is like getting intravenous nutrient therapy. It effectively hydrates, detoxifies and cleanses the entire body on a cellular level. It's a great food to help heal eczema. Very high in beta-carotene which is critical for healthy skin. It also gives you a beautiful & glowing golden skin tone.
