If you have never tried PiYo, I HIGHLY encourage you to do so! It's been a favorite of mine for years, and nothing quite leans out my muscles like this program!
It's low impact to protect the joints, but high intensity to sculpt muscle... and you will sweat! These sliders add a while new fun dynamic to it as well!
