I’m Alexis 👋🏽 I love hard, play hard and vibe hard. What can I say? I’ve been likened to a hurricane but I promise you there’s never a dull moment. I’ve lived a few lifetimes and my journey is a long one.

I suffered a laundry list of chronic emotional and physical pain for as long as I can remember. You know... Life. We’ve all been through it, I’m not alone in my struggles. But after my first round of W30 I finally slowly started to heal myself through food. No crazy diets this time, no obsessively counting macros or calories, no wraps, diet pills, and no more Xanax... just that magic. Anxiety and sleep improved, chronic pain+inflammation were rare occurrences. But more importantly I started to finally love this temple of mine...
What you’ll find here on my feed: self-love, female empowerment and a lil magic. The world is a better place when we raise up our Queens and support one another. I’m also a huge advocate for diversity and representation in the wellness community! I believe that everybody has a right to live a healthy lifestyle no matter your race or socioeconomic status. Education and tools to achieve your wellness goals should be accessible to all not just the few.
Fun fact: I’m Filipino and Spanish and I love to share paleo recipes of my childhood favorites! I also grew up eating a lot of other Asian cuisines and one of my cooking goals this year will be experimenting on dishes I grew up eating from Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines and of course refining those Filipino dishes...
