The power of touch.
I love massage. I love it because it really works both physically and phychologically and because positive values about caring and wellbeing are expressed which i believe is what the world needs. We are all touch deprived and most people today suffer both physically and psychologically. Touch is a means of communication so critical that its absence retards growth in infants. Touch has direct and crucial effects on the growth of the body as well as the mind, it is essential for the development of our nervous system. This biological need is essential and the sensation of relief so intense that changes lives. 🙏❤️🌈🙃🧘♂️🐘
