You can not out exercise a shit diet.Trust me, I’m living proof!😭 You can workout daily, do all the cardio, weights and not much will change. I live a pretty moderately active lifestyle but health, diet, nutrition, whatever you want to call it, is everything!
So many of us struggle with it. But you don’t have to give up everything!

Real talk, I struggle with many food sensitivities, specifically dairy & gluten. I eat 80-90% clean during the week and indulge a smidge on the weekends. But I still make a point to choose better options. Gluten free bun, sweet potato tots, there is always options to still have what you want and make it work for your healthy lifestyle!
