Saturdays session done ✌🏼shoulders with a bit of glutes! 2 things I am working hard on for the next 11months before I go into prep mode again! Hopefully it’s enough time (18months all up!) to make some decent gains to my delts & glutes! The weights are getting hard & heavy each session! 🥓Nutrition - currently consuming 2000cals a day. 240+ grams of carbs a day. In my off season I track calories and protein only, so I can be more flexible. I seem to train better and overall feel better on high carbs and low/moderate fat. I don’t eat any set amount of meals a day, when I’m working I have 6-7 smaller meals, days off work I have 2-4 bigger meals. It works for me and fits my schedule best!
⏳Shape - currently fluffy as fuck, I’m 161cm & 58-59kg, I last competed at 50.5kg (peak week weight) hoping to compete next year at 51-52kg (more muscle is always the goal!) I’m going away for 4wks to North America in July so I will do a mini cut for 8wks before heading away, I may document my mini cut on here!
💪🏼Training - currently setting new PB’s.. hit my deadlift for the first time ever at 100kg x 4 and then first time for 105kg for 1. I’m benching heavier then ever, considering I’ve only started benching 8wks ago! Currently 35kg x 8, my current max 4wks ago was 40kg x 2, so hopefully I’ll try and beat that in a few weeks! And my squats are plodding along slowly, haven’t gone super heavy for a while with squats and am doing 67.5kg x 8 as my knee just can’t handle a lot anymore (torn ACL)
