Weekend breakfast. It’s amazing how far a simple loaf of bread will stretch if you freeze it. After snagging this bargain loaf earlier this week from my local @, I froze what we didn’t eat and made sweet toast today for breakfast. Nothing fancy about it, other that toasting it with lashings of butter, dusting it with a little sugar and topping with fresh and frozen berries. Too easy. The kind of breakfasts I look forward to!
