Landscape of tonight's chocolate bark I made. If you're going to reward yourself, do it right.
Roasted Almonds get a bit of oil, salt, and cinnamon. Baked for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. After they've cooled, break them into pieces and pour one bag of melted dark chocolate (only ever melt chocolate on the stove) over top along with some salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chili flakes. And then freeze for an hour!
