The best thing we can do for ourselves is to fix ourselves! To fix something means to be broken. Broken comes in all shapes and sizes, ages and backgrounds. Broken affects people in many ways. To want to be fixed takes time. Some wish to stop living and just exist! Some choose to try and drown their sorrows, others choose to numb the pain! Some choose to punish themselves. Some choose be angry at the world. Some seek guidance through the healing process. I for one have experienced all of the above and chose to start living life once more, no longer being angry at the world, no longer punishing myself. I saw myself as broken, I saw myself as damaged! I was not anyone's "problem" but my own!
