Ham and Havarti sandwich on 90 second bread using @oooflavors in "Wheat". This time I used 1 tbsp of mayo instead of butter ( works just as well) and subbed 1 of the 3 Tbsp of almond flour for 1 tsp of coconut flour. :) it makes it a lil more "fluffy". .
Recipe for Coconut and Almond flour 90 second bread using mayo. 🍞🍞🍞🍞 -1 Tablespoon of Mayo - 1 large egg
- 2 Tablespoons Almond flour
- 1 tsp coconut flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-10-15 drops @oooflavors in Wheat Flavor (optional)
Mix all ingredients very well- til there are no lumpy bits and egg is well incorporated in a small shallow square dish suitable for microwaving.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove from dish. Cut in half and toast til golden.
