The Starbucks in Wolfsburg is the first Starbucks I've ever visited. Call me "uncultured" or "inexperienced" or whatever. Sadly, we don't have a Starbucks in the city I call home in South Africa.
I've been to @starbucks_wolfsburg a few times and I enjoy it each time I visit. I love the little touch of asking your name and writing it on the cup.
This is a small extra personal touch, but so appreciated. Because I feel way cool when they call out "Vanille latte für Melissa". Also, it's functional because Starbucks stores are usually crowded and they need to call out your name so that you know to collect your order.
Give some thought to your client-work process. Is there anything you can do that provides a lil something extra for your clients that personalises their experience and makes them feel more appreciated?
PS: the crew at this Starbucks is excellent. Have to give them a shout-out. Liebe Grüße 😘
