With over three decades of experience, Domini is a self-taught , and chef.
Chef Domini was born and raised in Jackson, MS, and moved to New York at age 17. It is in NY that her love for vegetarian cuisine and the desire to learn began.
Chef Domini made it her mission to bring meals to the that she calls home.
Domini always loved travel and cooking. By combining these two, she has crossed the country multiple times learning new techniques and ideas that push the boundaries of vegan and vegetarian cooking. She affectionately calls her style of cooking SOUTHERN SOUL VEGAN. Chef Domini believes that and can be one and the same.
Her recipes don’t come from a cookbook or online. Her recipes are written, scratched through and rewritten until every ingredient is perfectly in place.
Chef Domini arrived in Louisiana from California, where she had been a private chef for the past 3 years. It was there that she was inspired by vegan and raw restaurants in Southern California along the PCH.
Prior to that, Domini had worked with private clients across the country, run award winning restaurants and used her talents in resorts on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.
