Today’s special edition post, Lunch of a Future RD Featuring: @wildplanetfoods sardines, @simplemills rosemary and sea salt crackers(gf) and @primalpalate seafood and fish seasoning.
I choose to not eat meat on Fridays, don’t get me wrong I’m a huge salad girl so that’s usually my go to but sometimes I like to switch it up. I tend to do a lot of tuna and salmon salads as well but I thought I would experiment with something new and test out sardines, which I love!!! My favorite way to eat them is with some olive oil, Dijon mustard, primal palate fish and seafood seasoning and a squeeze of lemon, I mash it up and enjoy! (Bones in because they’re soft so you don’t even notice them and extra calcium!) what’s your to go meatless lunch options? How do you like to eat your sardines?! Comment below 👇🏼
