Alrighty, so for my first breakfast after my MCAT I decided to make french toast as a treat but this french toast is SUPER HEALTHY and EASY!! 🗼🍞
You just mix an egg🥚, 1/4 cup milk🥛, a dash of vanilla, and about 1 tsp of cinnamon together, dip your (whole wheat) bread 🍞in, and heat on a skillet (you might need cooking oil if your skillet is not non stick; I used spray coconut oil). Flip and cook til both sides are golden brown! I topped mine with crunchy peanut butter because I’m in love with peanut butter, berries, walnuts, dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 🥜🍫🍓I also made a berry smoothie with a sprinkle of coconut flakes on the side. And it was an amazing breakfast, 11/10!
