Freaking yum! Iced pumpkin coffee! So good! Not too much sugar, healthy alternative to those mouth watering, delicious, addictive PSL’s! Recipe: cream- mix organic canned coconut milk, about a tablespoon of pure maple syrup (coconut sugar, agave, honey all work too), pumpkin spice- if you don’t have any I used ginger, cloves, and nutmeg, about 2.5 tablespoons pumpkin purée, blend and refrigerate. Brew your iced coffee or pour your cold brew over a glass of ice, add your cream mixture on top to taste, I fill about a quarter of the jar or cup, and drink. If it’s not sweet enough for you, add a bit more sweetener directly to your cup. So good. I swear it’s worth the work! Share or tag someone who might want to try it!
