I'm wrapping up our last "official" weekend of camping with the family, gearing up for our second week of school, sporting events for my kiddos are in full swing, and I've been bust returning emails to individuals all weekend who are inquiring about my online September fitness group. 🍁
I had someone message me over the weekend here on IG, frustrated about why she’s not getting results. She's reducing her calories to around 1200 a day, exercising every day for longer than an hour (sometimes even two!), and cutting certain food groups out of her nutrition and is STUCK.
No, no, no, no.....ladies. Seriously....Give yourself a break! I’ve been there and it doesn't have to be that difficult, you don't have to keep wasting money, and our time is valuable, right? You can get results in a simple 30 minutes. Trust me.
Starving yourself, cutting out food groups and over-exercising, is just going to hurt your body! 😣 It actually does the opposite for you. Sure, you'll see some short-term changes, but it isn't sustainable. You have to find balance....overdoing it isn't the answer.
Join my group for September, commit to it and stop the guesswork and get what you actually want. Four years ago, I was able to finally stop the madness of yo-yoing, and started living my days with what actually works, and did it a healthy and sustaining way, which is why I coach others to help them do the same!
