This is a great video for both men & women to watch 😊
I know from my own personal experience that I have emotionally detached from a lot of people & situations in my life.
This was due to childhood trauma & at the time it was a brilliant way to protect myself.
Sadly it carried on for many years (till not so long ago)
It wasn’t until I learnt how to be vulnerable within my own emotions, that I was able to begin to truly heal myself.
I didn’t realise that a lot of men in my life had actually been feeling the same, maybe on an even deeper level as being a women I was able to cry and express my emotions.
I read tonight that:
In 2016.... 5,668 suicides were recorded in Great Britain.
Of these, 75% were male and 25% were female.
This is a shocking. (I’m not discounting the women here)

The lists goes on..... I’ll be posting a video/ text in the next couple of days to help guide you into feeling freely, so watch this space 💗
If you feel this might help anyone you know, please share 😊
Love to you all xxx
