2 months from today is the Philadelphia Marathon Weekend and I’m so excited to tackle another 26.2😬🏃🏼♀️ I’ve been putting in the work on the roads, in the fitness room, and in the kitchen (aka weekly healthy meal prep😜). I was thinking today about what motivates me. One thing that sticks out is how good I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. After losing weight, becoming a marathoner, and working with professionals to overcome my eating disorder and PTSD, I feel like I’m a completely different person than I was 3.5 years ago. Keeping my eyes on what I want to accomplish and working everyday to slowly get there excites me and fuels my fire even more. I know what I can accomplish when I put in the work, so you bet I’m going to continue putting in the work these next 2 months and see where it leads me!
