This is not me right now. I’m actually freezing cold, at work and still working against this darn illness. ▪️ It’s been 1 week since I hit the gym and I’ve hardly eaten. I went and weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost around 4kg 🙃 so yes I’m back down to 55.5kg. It was a real downer but I’m hoping that I can bounce back stronger as soon as I feel up to it! 💪🏻

💥 ABS CIRCUIT 💥 Heres a quick ab circuit that you can do: Knee raises - 4 x 15 + Medicine ball twists - 4 x 30 (15 each side) + Lying leg raises w/ a hip thrust (can be done on a flat bench or yoga mat) - 4 x 15 •• Perform each exercise one after another with no rest in between. Rest 60 seconds after all 3 are completed and repeat 3 more times 😁 • • Go get it! #zerolimitations🤟

The face I make when someone says they lost motivation 😂 But fr I do talk about motivation a lot but never explained my way of staying motivated. I don’t have any crazy life changing ways of staying motivated, cause at the end of the day it’s pretty simple. So here they are (and they can relate to daily life, not just staying motivated in fitness): • 1. Write down your goals, its something that you can look forward too • • 2. Slowly progress into things; if you jump into something to quickly, you’re more likely to give up if it doesn’t go well right away. Ex. Starting a new diet. • • 3. Get something to reward yourself here and there or something to keep you motivated. Sometimes ill just buy a new pair of gym clothes or something I want to fit into and it helps me stay on track. • • 4. Be open with people close to you about what you are working towards, so they can offer support a long the way. • • 5. Similar to writing down your goals, you need to have an action plan written down for how you will achieve your goals. • • And thats it. Its simple yet effective, and yes you will doubt yourself and feel unmotivated at times, but instead of giving up you’ll know exactly what your working for and will power through. #zerolimitations🤟

I find bulking pretty difficult. I’m not a big eater, I snack way too much and I miss out meals when I shouldn’t, and to top it all off I have diabetes so all of this shouldn’t be happening anyway. ▪️ This week I’m knuckling down and getting my meals prepped and ready to eat for when I need them. Today’s lunch was Beef with Sweet Potato and Mixed Vegetables, with alllll the cheese! ▪️ 145g Lean Beef (uncooked weight) 220g Sweet Potato (uncooked weight) 115g Cheddar Cheese 145g Mixed Vegetables 3tsp Olive Oil ▪️ 🥦 Nutrients 🥩 913 kcal 32g Carbs 66g Protein 58g Fat ▪️ It was decent too and had me feeling fuller than I’ve ever felt after a post-workout meal.

Writing this makes me feel like Drax in guardians of the galaxy 2 when he pulled the line “I admire your humbleness, I too am extremely humble” 😂 • • But the truth is you gotta stay humble through it all. Everybody has people who support them and love them through their achievements and successes, but no matter what you do there will also be the ones who hate on you, judge you, etc., and thats just the way it is. But staying humble is always the best action, because you don’t need try and make those people like you - Its to often that we focus to much on this and try and prove our worth to these people to try and make them change their mind about us - At the end of the day the only person you need to prove anything to is yourself; prove to yourself that you can be better everyday and keep improving yourself, and through that you can motivate others to do the same. • • #zerolimitations🤟
