900 CAL BOOTY WORKOUT 💦🔥🍑 Y’all have been waiting on this one for a few days & I finally have a lil break to post it! My life has been crazy, finals week is coming fast & I need to dedicate most of my time to studying, I hope you all understand 💘 This workout seriously kicked my @$$ - it was unlike any other glute workout I’ve done before! Give it a try & lemme know what you think 🙌🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ EMOM = Every Minute On The Minute — you complete the designated reps & then rest until the minute is over. In 10 minutes, you should have completed 10 rounds of that exercise. Once the full time is over for that exercise, move onto the next. If that makes sense? Lol, so you start a timer or stare at a clock & start at the same spot every time - do your designated reps, rest until the minute is over & then start up again. This will keep your heart rate elevated af throughout the whole workout! This means you should finish the workout in about 60-90 minutes depending on warmup/cool down & in between rest periods. Had a long and tough workout today but I crushed it and am very proud of my squat, so much that I decided to post all 4 sets 🤟🏽 - 4 working sets at 230x3, 235x2, 240x1, and 245x1, the last two sets being new PR’s!! This is where things get rough. Anytime I start hitting over 300 for more than a single I hit a mental barrier. The equipment and my sore elbow dont help either but I worked through those on my heavy singles so it shouldn't be that big a problem. 2x1 Paused Bench with 305 1x2 Paused Bench with 305 3x10 Feet Up Narrow Bench with 235 5x20 Pushups 3x10 Lat Pulldown with 180 3x10 Vbar Lat Pulldown with 180 Arms Walk On the first set I didnt have a spotter and decided not to get stuck under a second rep so I just did a single. Got a spotter, hit the double (quite rough) then hit another single to keep the programmed volume. I think taking away the heavy bench day last Saturday in the name of rest may have had something to do with it. May add that back in this weekend and see how it goes.

The past few weeks I've been finishing everyday with these back extensions. Increasing reps/decreasing weight (and vice versa), using resistance bands, increasing/decreasing speed. Back on track, had to take a few weeks off from consistently training the big 3 because of some nagging pains. New cycle of #RTS volume. First upper body day was a simple 5x5 with 190 @RPE 7-8. I had to test the waters and see where I’m at, I’ve been on cruise mode for a while.. So I worked up to singles on all three lifts today. I managed to hit a 405 deadlift, 315 squat, and 145 bench. Bodyweight at 145lbs.
