Ok so last weekend I had the pleasure of getting my steak cooked wrong twice at Cheesecake Factory so I ordered a chicken teriyaki stir fry type deal and it was AHHMAZING so I attempted to recreate and it turned out AHHHMAZING First pic is the Cheesecake Factory meal The rest are pics of the recreation attempt I diced some grilled chicken Added: bean sprouts, water chestnuts, holy trinity, organic oriental seasonings, ginger, broccoli, black pepper. Sautéed it in sirracha oil, then added that teriyaki sauce and added wheat linguine I’m FULL!

Lunch was a great combo of healthy fats that helped keep me full for longer. 3 cups Spring Mix 1.5 piece chicken (left over) boiled and seasoned lightly with paprika and red pepper flakes 7 egg whites with 1/2 tsp. of Sriracha sauce 🥂 1/2 an avocado, sliced 2 slices of @daiyafoods Diary Free Provolone Cheese (honestly 1 would’ve been plenty but hey 😜😜) 2 tbsp. I get SO MANY QUESTIONS about what I eat in a day 👅 and even though it's always pretty much the same thing because I'm a basic boring food-consistent bish, this might still be helpful to you! I follow intermittent fasting, which means I choose an eating window within the day, usually within 8 hours that I eat all my food in! The rest of the 16 hours are fasted- including sleep ☁️🌙 So this is my breakfast/lunch EVERY DAY! I always keep @larabar's on hand, and sometimes I'll save them as a snack for later. The fruit changes every day, but I always have a bowl of oat cereal, ezekiel sprouted cinnamon toast with light vegan butter, a banana with cinnamon and almond butter, and a tofu scramble with hummus, beans, and I added spinach 😛✨YUM! It's a lot of food, because I eat a lot of food. You can STILL HAVE A BANGIN' BOD and eat A LOT OF FOOD!!! Meal plans coming soon :-)
