Spaghetti squash with tomato meat sauce 🍝🤤
-1 spaghetti squash
-1 lbs lean ground beef
-1/2 white onion
-1 1/2 tbsps minced garlic (I use Costco’s so convenient)
-1 can tomato sauce
-dry oregano and basil
•I followed the instructions from @ to cook my spaghetti squash in the oven at 400F for 45 min it came out perfect! (With a fork remove the spaghetti strips.)
•On a skillet place a few drops of olive oil, add the meat and season with salt & pepper• once the juices are nearly gone add the garlic & onion and wait for it to look clear, then add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes, followed by the sauce, dry oregano and basil• let it boil for a few minutes, then plate on top of your spaghetti squash noodles. Enjoy!
