Passe para o lado ➡ Adriano desde quando você está no meio esportivo? Comecei bem cedo, antes dessa primeira foto aonde eu já estou com 15 anos eu fazia futsal ( porém eu era o péreba haha) após o futsal conheci o judô, aonde participei de muitos campeonatos, do judô fui para o muay thai, no Thai fiquei dois anos, em seguida fui para o quartel (exército) aonde participei da equipe de atletismo, após minha passagem pelo quartel eu dei uma bela relaxada na vida, fiquei só no vira copo, come tudo que vê pela frente até que um dia, eu me deparei com um físico que eu não gostava, um condicionamento no qual eu nunca havia passado ( condicionamento de sedentarismo) tudo que eu fazia eu cansava, não conseguia subir 10 lances de escadas sem quase cuspir os pulmões e então voltei para a musculação, comecei a musculação as 16 anos porém antes fazia trabalho específico para auxiliar no judô ( meu esporte de atuação na época) aos 22 anos voltei para musculação porém com outro intuito, moldar meu corpo com o propósito de competir no fisiculturismo e hoje permaneço nele, porém com ideia de volta a prática meu amado judô, só que dessa vez o judô será para o lúdico e não para o esporte. #VidaNoEsporte #gym #Judo #musculacai #fitness #mensphysiques

This pump was REAL 🔥 and my bad tan lines from the summer are still there 😩but every time I wear the ForestFit top, it reminds me how far I’ve come. Over the last year I’ve maintained, but really looking forward to a change as I always push for more!! Tomorrow is chest day, and have some good ideas for this session! Can we fast forward 24hrs and get this DONE 💪

So does it even matter if other people think you're attractive? The extent varies, but I suppose it does because it impacts how you show up in the world and how others react to you. How we think things are affects us most." - Jim Rohn . And when it comes to fitness, I've found that most people fall under one of two extremes. . One extreme is deluding themselves into thinking they look and feel better than they actually do. And because of this they avoid the feedback of challenging workouts, photos and the scale because the truth hurts. This group tends to excuse away their bad habits. They know deep down they should change; but instead of changing their behavior, they just perpetually change their perception of themselves. . The other extreme is not a power position either. This extreme never feels good enough no matter how hard they work or how good they look. For all intensive purposes, they should be thrilled with their physique; and they're often the envy of the other extreme, but these folks never feel good enough because there's always another level. . Neither extreme is sustainable, and I've personally been on both ends. So today, ask yourself, "Which extreme am I on? And perhaps most importantly, "What am I going to do about it?" 🔥❤️ . I made two changes to get back on track and start realizing the physique I want to achieve as well as the mental clarity/focus I needed . 1.) Keto nutrition plan that i wrote for myself is being adhered to 100% of the time, as well as ensuring I keep my calories under my maintenance calorie number to slowly drop body fat and increase/maintain muscle mass 💪🏻 . 2.) Waking up at 445AM every morning and going to the gym by 5:15am, getting a coffee, hitting cardio first and then weight training right afterwards. I was afraid I’d lose any muscle I had worked so hard to build but this is NOT the case, and I feel healthier than I’ve ever felt, strong as ever, and feel my physique is coming in well. I’ve got a long way to go to achieve my goal of competing in classic physique but feel I’m on the right path to do so 💪🏻 . 🔷 ЗАБЛУЖДЕНИЕ О ПРОТЕИНЕ❗️ . . ⚠️Очень часто, как только я порекомендую добавить протеин в рацион новичкам в зале, особенно девушкам, тут же слышу вопросы: «а я не стану слишком большой?»; «а я не перекачаюсь?»; «а это точно не вредно?» и самый эпичный вопрос: «а я не стану похожа на мужика?😱» . . 👌Так вот в этом посте я постараюсь развеять эти мифические мнения о протеине😂 . . ✅Протеин - это всего лишь обычный белок, который получают из молочной сыворотки ( беру пример сывороточного протеина) без каких либо сторонних химических вмешательств☝️ Ну вы ведь не считаете творог химией??? А его практически так же получают из молока, только путём более простых технологий😉 Для ознакомления и собственного убеждения просто прочитайте состав на банке с протеином и вы убедитесь что там нет ни одной Е добавки🤪 . . ✅ Теперь по поводу перекаченности, мощности, рук как у мужика и т.д.😊 Протеин никак не повлияет на ваши габариты если вы будете держать нужный вам рацион, а если создадите небольшой калорийный дефицит, используя протеин и тренируясь, то прекрасно похудеете , при этом сохраните красивый рельеф на теле😱😉 Ведь это равносильно если вместо порции протеина вы съедите 100г куриного филе - пищевая ценность будет такой же😉 Только не стоит забывать что полностью заменять простую еду на протеин не следует, держите в рационе как минимум 50% обычных продуктов . . ✅Так что девушки, не бойтесь пить протеин, старайтесь выпивать его после каждой тренировки и вы гораздо быстрее достигните нужного вам результата😊 P.S.
