CHICKEN AND EGGPLANT MILLE-FEUILLE!
My first but not last dish on the Alchemist kitchen! A Small but significant step for the Alchemist's Kitchen.
My first dish is the chicken and eggplant Mille-feuille. It was very easy, fun to make and a bonus, its more on the healthier side. If anyone is curious about the sauce, it's a homemade Aurora miso dressing sauce. I simply cut up the eggplant and chicken into slices, placed it accordingly on a heat resistance dish, then top it up with the home made miso sauce, baked it and finally finished it off by sprinkling some seto fumi furikake seasoning for more of an interesting flavour.
