Autumn is firmly here but is there even a thing called too cold for ice cream? #nightsnack was #pintparty with a pint of b&j chocolate cookie dough ice cream that I topped with gingerbread energy bites and strawberries plus a mango diet coke!🤪
Not gonna lie I’ve been obsessed with drinking sugar free soda for a long time already. It’s true that in recovery you should always try to go with the sugared full fat options but personally I’d say that drinking diet products every once in a while is okay as long as you don’t replace real food with them. Healthy equals balance. Sometimes that means choosing the lighter option but the next time going with the original!🤷🏼♀️
Get yourself some christmas vibes with these heavenly gingerbread bites:
👉🏻 You’ll need 6 pitted dates, ½ cup ground nuts (I used hazel), 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp cloves and a pinch of sea salt
👉🏻 Just blend all the ingredients together, roll into balls and decorate with melted chocolate if you’re feeling a bit extra!
