🍫Review | Benton Cacao Moist and Mild Cream🍫
One of the things that I go when I bought the @stylekorean_global Acne Box was the Benton Cacao Moist and Mild Cream.
To be honest, I didn’t really have high expectations about this, as I have read not so flattering reviews about this product. And, it’s also not as popular as other products in the Benton “Cacao Moist and Mild” line. But, after three weeks or so of using it, I have come to love it—but more on that later.
Let’s talk about what this product claims first. Basically, this is a lightweight and soft cream which is said to:
📌provide moisture to the skin, and;
📌keep the skin smooth.
Notable Ingredients: Cacao extract (prevents premature aging; has anti-inflammatory benefits), hyaluronic acid (provides and retains skin hydration), lichen extract (anti-fungal), and beta-glucan (antioxidant; soothing agent). (Swipe for full IL)
Here’s what I loved about this:
✔️It is pretty lightweight for a cream moisturizer. I was afraid that it was going to be overly occlusive (which I hate), but it was not like that at all! It easily gets absorbed by the skin, and does not leave a film on top.
✔️It easily moisturizes the skin, leaving it plump and supple.
✔️It also provides some hydration to the skin! ✔️It’s super gentle, does not break me out, and is fragrance-free! 〰️I only use this in the evenings because I do feel like it might be a bit heavy as a morning daytime moisturizer (bec I don’t really use cream moisturizers in the morning), but otherwise, I love it!
