Don't think that every one of them involves heavy lifting or high intensity moves. Some of them are extremely low impact and great for people who need to start slow and still see results.
Trisha lost 13 lbs and almost 20 inches doing PiYo which is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. If you go to the Y, you've probably heard of it. Instructors have to be trained by Beachbody in order to teach it there, and it's a very popular class to take.
