⭕¿Realmente es malo sobrepasar las puntas de los pies en las sentadillas?⭕ . 😲Respuesta corta: NO. . 😑Es uno de los grandes mitos que habitan en el mundo del gimnasio... Los powerlifters profesionales hacen sentadillas en su máxima profundidad y sobrepasando las puntas de sus pies pero claro luego te viene el típico entrenador del gimnasio (que se ha sacado el título en 1 fin de semana) levantando 60kg en sentadillas y te dice que no sobrepases las puntas de los pies o te acabarás lesionando. ¿Dónde queda la lógica?🤦 . 🤥Es todo mentira. Tus rodillas son capaces de aguantar x peso mientras se desplazan un poco hacia delante. . 🤔Y por otra parte, el hecho de no dejar que sobrepasen los pies aumentará el estrés producido en el lumbar y caderas en un... 1070%, que es un MONTÓN, y claro luego nos quejamos de los dolores de espalda... Obviamente al sobrepasar las puntas de los pies aumentará el estrés en las rodillas un 20%, pero créeme que entre entre esas 2 opciones, quedarte con la primera es de...(siempre y cuándo no tengas tus razones jaja). We all have those workouts where we're just not feelin it. Here's a few tips on how to power through those: . ⭐️A workout partner- I was having a super sluggish workout yesterday and wasn't happy with how it was going, but then I ran into a friend of mine who ended up working out with me, and I had an awesome workout after that. . ⭐️Try switching up your workout playlist. Hearing the same old tunes all the time can blunt their effect and make you less hyped up. . ⭐️Remind yourself of your goals. Take a look at your progress, or where you were when you started, so that you can remember your original motivation. . ⭐️Just get yourself started. Many times I have no motivation whatsoever, especially when it comes to running, but as long as I get myself out there, my mood is usually changed by the first mile. By the end of it, I feel great. . ⭐️That's all for now, folks. Enjoy your weekend. I know I will.

TIPS FOR BUILDING MUSCLE: 1) Caloric Surplus- This one is vital...Your body needs a certain amount of calories to function. Without more than that, there is no fuel to build with. So EAT 2) Eat clean- Yes, you'll have to eat more to gain muscle, and yes, that sounds fun. But don't just eat everything in sight for the sake of "putting on size". The only size you'll put on is around your waist. So keep your diet clean. 3) Rep Ranges of 6-12- Any less reps and you'll see greater strength gains, but less size gains. Any more reps than that and it'll be too easy for your muscles, resulting in less-than-optimal growth. 4) Don't overtrain- Follow the 72-hour rule: Give each muscle group about 3 days to recover before training it again. This ensures that each muscle recovers fully, which optimizes growth. 5) Have FUN...gains are the best guys
