Phases of growth and development are not always pretty and glamorous. The part where the end goal seems so far away yet you have to grind, make sacrifices every day. For example, the process of working out long enough to lose the weight you want or grow that hair length you desire. Most give up during this phase because they can't take it, they want to go back to looking acceptable and remaining comfortable but not you! You are going to push through, you are going to fight through the non-glamourous portions of your journey so that you can one day reach your goal!

When it comes to healing your body- or anything really- there has to be this deep inner knowing and trust. This deep inner knowing that your body was created to heal. That it IS possible. That you weren't meant to suffer. That everything is always working out for your highest good. And that the very same power that created you, lives within you. There needs to be this inner knowing and trust that this power, God, love, the universe, whatever it looks like for you, is ON YOUR SIDE and WANTS to heal you. Is actually giving you ALL the signs and signals and avenues of healing, if only you'd open up and ALLOW. If only you'd expand your awareness, Stop putting yourself, your symptoms, your pain + suffering inside of a box and labeling it as "such + such that there is no remedy for" just because another human or google or webmd said it is so. If only you'd open your mind, your heart and allow in the miracle. See, our belief in it not being possible, is the thing that is making it not possible. Read that again ^^ . I reached a point in my healing when I stopped "trying." Because I realized there was nothing more I needed to do, except let go. There was nothing I needed to ADD or do, because we're already created perfect. It's our twisted minds + wounded hearts that lead us to believe otherwise. I realized it was simply my conditioning that wasn't allowing in the flow of abundant health. Once I truly let go and trusted, I was shown how backwards my thinking had been. And now I couldn't even IMAGINE a life with all the health issues I once had. I am so so grateful that this is now my new normal. And I'm here to tell you that it can be yours too. xx Chlo P.S. Finding yourself through “things” will not work…….⁣ ⁣ The satisfaction we get from buying new clothes, a new car and random little knick knacks from Home Goods, is all fleeting. There's actually a term for this phenomenon called "hedonic adaption". It states that no purchase or consumer good will permanently satisfy us, EVER. 🛍🙅🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ I don’t know about you but I’d rather live a life full of mind-altering, ego-destructing, reality-shifting experiences rather than live in a home straight out of an IKEA catalogue. ⁣ ⁣ Of course, I have things and I like my things and I dream of buying more things. But I’m a free spirit baby and I plan to roam the world!! I can’t have too many possessions weighing me down!!🕊🕊⁣ ⁣ Growing up with 4 sisters, I had to share everything. When I finally made my own money, everything I bought was ALL MINE and I was (and still am sometimes) very possesive over my things because if they got ruined then it felt like a piece of me was getting ruined as well. I’m learning that my possessions are not who I am nor what I want to define me. ⁣ ⁣ I'll leave that to experiences. ⁣ To mother nature. ⁣ To the intangible forces acting upon me in the present moment.⁣ To the trials and tribulations of starting a business. ⁣ To the foreign countries I plan to travel to.⁣ ⁣ We throw our money at things in hopes that it'll make us happier. ⁣ “When I have that car, I’ll be happy.”⁣ “When I have that big ol’ house, I’ll be happy.” ⁣ “When I that designer bag, I’ll be happy.”⁣ ⁣ But the the world of form CANNOT and WILL NOT ever truly fufill us. So how does one break cycle of searching for happiness in things? ⁣ ⁣ 👁BECOME AWARE - Look back through your bank statements and see where you money is going, then redirect it! DO something instead of BUY something.⁣ ⁣ ✈️EXPLORE - Set up a travel fund and automatically transfer $$ from each paycheck to this account. Plan a trip somewhere you've never been before and get real excited about it.⁣ ⁣ 💪🏼CHALLENGE YOURSELF - See how long you can go without purchasing unnecessary items. If you really feel the need to buy something, ask yourself “Is this an aligned purchase or am I just trying to fill a void?”⁣
