J’ai appris cette semaine que sortir de sa zone de confort était bénéfique. 👉🏻 Habituellement quand je vais mal, je me renferme et opte pour une réflexion intérieure mixée à des promenades solitaires ou activités culturelle ou sportive. Cette phase peut durer 1 journée comme 1 semaine. 🙏🏻 Mais pour une fois, de moi-même, j’ai vu un ami, j’ai parlé de mes problématiques, en bref j’ai pu avoir une oreille bienveillante qui a su m’écouter et me donner des conseils. Lors de cette entrevue, j’ai eu l’occasion de discuter avec l’une de ses amies qui m’a apportée, sans le savoir, une ouverture d’esprit et des solutions à mon problème. — J’étais tellement obsédée par une seule et même façon de faire pour mener à bien mon projet que j’en ai oublié qu’il existait d’autres moyens pour y parvenir. 👍🏻 Je me suis sentie tellement bien et plus légère tout à coup ! To lose 25 pounds my first year, and GAIN everything my life, my body and my self esteem had been missing. I would have added an extra 0 to that number for what it’s WORTH to me.. . When I made the decision to VALUE my health- I was just like most people.. worried I couldn’t afford it. But one day I got tired of feeling like crap, hiding behind faked happiness, and telling myself bullshit excuses. That was the day I just knew I couldn’t NOT afford it. I cut out trips through the $1 section of Target. I stopped getting my nails done every two weeks. I recruited Drew to talk me out of late night unnecessary Pho and Oreo runs. I started hunting for grocery coupons and went out of my way to cheaper gas stations. I stopped buying clothes I didn’t need that would be too big soon anyways.. . And I felt SO. MUCH. BETTER. About what I was doing with my life, my mind, my body, and my hard earned money!. . My question to you ... do you truly VALUE your HEALTH? Do you truly LOVE your body... the only HOME you have for the rest of your life? Do you treat it like an oasis, or like a trash can? Be honest with me. Or at the very least, be honest with yourself ✌️. . If today is the day you realize you need to make a change, remember I’m only a message away from helping turn that thought into action 💕

Good morning :) So this morning I listened to something that had me thinking about how we see ourselves. The concept of a mirror came up in my mind because when we want to see ourselves, we look for a mirror. Because we expect the mirror to display an accurate reflection of what we look like. Now I realize that a lot of the time we subconsciously select "mirrors" that distort the images of our true selves. In the course of our lives, we find ourselves looking through so many different mirrors with contrasting views. Sometimes, we place the mirror of our past in front of our present image and see the things we are not and we thought we would be, the things we still are that we thought we would no longer be and the things we were that still haunt us. The mirror of fears only shows the things that we are most afraid of in our lives, the mirror of insecurity points out all the things we're not good at, the places where we falter. There are countless warped images that emerge from looking into these kinds of mirrors and those images drive us to do and become things so that we would look good, but no matter how much we try to make it better, the image would always be just a bit off, not quite right. It is sad that we find it easier to see ourselves in such negative views than to see what we truly are. When looking into the mirror of love, your love for yourself as well as other people's love for you, you see a priceless and precious gem. Or looking into the mirror of growth, seeing how far you've come and the progress you've made. Sick or not, I refuse to miss out on this perfect PNW adventure weather!!!! I LOVE that my new workout program it DESIGNED to get amazing results in literally only four days a week (I haven’t gained back ANY of the 13 pounds I lost during my detox!) because it means it’s never inconvenient, and I don’t have to make a hard decision between reaching my goals or having fun. ☀️🚴‍♀️. . I also kind of miss bike riding now! I use to ride this bike five miles to school every day through the woods, by a river in Oregon. If only the PNW was this nice all year long....🙃

With this new lifestyle I’ve created, it’s WEIRD if theres a month I’m NOT traveling somewhere! ☀️✈️💁‍♀️ So I can’t really use the “I’m on vacation” excuse most people use or my goals would get further away 😜. . I was worried that if I didn’t find a magic solution for traveling with weights that I wouldn’t be able to join my girls getting amazing results in my VIP test group. BUT the new workout program we are following came with these resistance bands for JUST this problem!!!. . And let me tell you, if you think the results wouldn’t be as good without weights... my shoulders would beg to differ. 😂💪✌️

Not gonna lie, when I heard my new workout program would only be four days a week... I secretly thought... NO WAY I’ll get the results I want... too good to be true.. . Two days in. I’m 1000% sure I was WRONG! Day 3 of the week is REST DAY for a reason!! I was going to do tomorrow’s workout today since I’ll be traveling. But there’s JUST. NO. WAY. My entire body feels like jello... and there’s muscles in my arms hurting that I didn’t even know existed 😂. . And of course Drew conveniently had to go to work when we realized we needed more fish tank water 🐠 💦 😅

Everyone goes through alot in their lives, it seems. • Like, bullies, break ups, fights, depression, etc. • I'm generally a happy person. I see the light in all things. I try to stay positive all the time. Even in my worst moments. • I try to help people see things the way I do. • Some people push me away and call me names for it. But, whatever. • If a person or a few people in your class are bullies, try to not get upset. Instead, try to be nice to them. And if they're not nice back, keep trying. If they never change, just don't let them get to you. Or tell a parent if that doesn't work out. ~~ Best advice from me. (Sorry, I'm homeschooled, but I tried.) 😊 • CHEATING • Please stop cheating. It's not good and we all know that. If you don't wanna be with that person, tell them. It's better to be honest than sneak it and later be caught in the act. And if you they cheat on you with him/her, that's not the kind of person you'd wanna hang out with, someone who'd be willing to leave someone like you. There's true love out there waiting for you. • BREAK UPS • Breakups is almost everyone gets upset over. If you have a break up with someone you really like(d), it's meant to be. That's the way I see it. And I believe it's true. • MOMENTS • And some people kill themselves because their life is not going fine. Doesn't mean there's no way out of it. People are in the moment and don't think of the future. They just think, "This is my life, it's never gonna get better". I mean, what's after death? (I believe there's Heaven) but what do you really believe? And one day you'll be happy and out of your past. • POSITIVITY • I know there are not alot of people out there who are all sunshine and happiness. But doesn't mean it has to be gloominess and sadness. Me, as a person, I try to go out of my way to make people happy. I want you all to treat others how you'd wanna be treated. • All I'm saying is; life is good. Life is amazing. You only live once on earth. Make the best of it. HIIT IT. && QUIT IT. 💪. . First off, I don’t mean it in the probably the only context you’ve ever heard it 🤷‍♀️ I also don’t mean it in the “tell yourself you’ll start on Monday and go super hard, wake up sore on Tuesday and quit by Wednesday” kind of way either.. . I mean it in the... GO HARD, with some weights and some HIIT cardio for only 30 minutes, four times a week... so that you have more than enough time to QUIT making the stress of hitting your goals your life and start making LIVING your life...kind of way. ✌️. . This new workout that I’m hosting a VIP group for... it’s the SOLUTION. Get results, and live your life. Work hard, enjoy that cheat day that’s PART of the program. Success does NOT equal happiness. Even ask Oprah 💁‍♀️. . It’s SO easy to get caught up with that number on the scale. And it can set us back mentally SO far that we forget to celebrate everything else we’ve accomplished that changes our life in a positive direction! Trust me, I get it. I use to cry about it every other day 🤷‍♀️. . But when I started focusing on every little win - like not having to do a bunch of awkward squat jumps to fit into my jeans, my eczema clearing up, my boobs not squishing out of my sports bra, and Drew having to take TWO links out of my watch today, my focus on the scale went down significantly! Now I only cry about it like every other week 😜. . Success doesn’t equal happiness. Research actually shows it works the other way around. The HAPPIER you are, the more successful you will become. So stop waiting until you reach that goal weight, pay off your debt, find true love... and just BE HAPPY. Go out of your way to just do and see and appreciate every little thing that moves you forward {{whether it’s an inch or a mile}} and watch what happens. 🌎🦋💕✌️

Two weeks ago I got my ass kicked by a guy with food poisoning. I felt like I was the one who was gonna throw up by the end of those 27 minutes 😂🤷‍♀️👊🤢💪. . It was just SO cool to be able to be part of the FIRST GROUP EVER to demo a new workout program LIVE with its creator! What’s more exciting, I get VIP access to the program before it’s general release. And even MORE cool? It’s only 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes each of those days and a perfect combination of weight lifting and HIIT cardio!!. . It’s basically a Dream. Come. True. I mean, come on, getting results AND having time to enjoy summer? SO stoked to start the day after my detox ends!!! I had exactly three weeks between my work event and starting a new program I get VIP early access to! ... it TOTALLY slipped my mind I picked a time with a holiday 🤦‍♀️ . . Which is exactly what has prevented me from doing it in the past year and a half since I decided to do it! I was always traveling, going to an event or a party, there was always an excuse.. . ➡️ But the truth is, there is ALWAYS going to be SOMETHING. And if you always look for the reason NOT to, you’ll continue to ignore all the reasons why TO.. . I’m so happy I committed to this 21 days for ME, and I won’t let anything get in my way! ✌️

Is ok to start slow‼️ I was 16 weeks postpartum in this video. After l gave birth to my son l had complications hence I could not do any physical activity right away. Also while pregnant I did not exercise consistently and I lost all my conditioning. I remember this day on the video! It was really hard to do those step ups! My legs had no strength, it felt like I had no muscles whatsoever!! You can see that I’m doing everything slow ( despite being a cardio circuit session on that day yep! 🤨). Today 4 months after lm feeling stronger, I can do those step ups easier! I still have a long way from where I want to get, but the message here is: ✅is ok to start slow, start from wherever place you are right now, you will build up your strength and fitness. Just start ! Be kind to yourself !
