Photo taken back in July. Gorgeous day down at camber sands. Anyway thought it was a lovely photo to have for my first blog post of 2018, meaning it is now a throw back photo. .
This morning as I walked around our local supermarket I couldn't help but notice the baskets filled with healthy diet based groceries. The trusted avocado, pointless pomegranate seeds and clever cooking coconut oil. Trolleys stacked like jenga bricks with litre bottles of spring water and low fat yoghurt full of good bacteria.
We get home, and whilst baby naps I indulge in a healthy and boring glass of tap water and fresh lemon. As my little thumbs work hard to get past the same posts over and over again. My Instagram feed shouts about the new trend, Veganism. Facebook has thrown up new year resolutions and disappointing memories from 2017.
I have decided to welcome the new year with my bingo wings wide open. Those being a particular target of my New Years resolution. Areas to tackle are; the gunt, the thighs, the bottom and my chins. To calm and reassure my erratic mind. Leaping from one happy and content lily pad, to a more self loathing and less confident one. .
I appreciate and love everyone's great spirit and encouragement, to welcome in 2018 with their manageable and positive resolutions. Be supportive and kind to one another. Exercise more to feel good about yourself. This all sounds so good to me.👊🏼☮️💜
