This mobility provides the upper extremity with tremendous range of motion such as adduction, abduction, flexion, extension, internal rotation, external rotation, and 360° circumduction in the sagittal plane. 👍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Supraspinatus holds your humerus in place and keeps your upper arm stable. The fact of the matter is, sleep is BEYOND important, and I’m not just talking about sleep, I’m talking about 7-9 hours of proper sleep. _ In order to set yourself up for a good nights sleep 🛏, there are some things you should be proactive about prior to sleep. First, you need to avoid all caffeine ☕️ 8-hours prior to going to bed. Second, no more late night snacking 🥘 3-hours before bed. Third, no more work📝 2-hours before bed. And lastly, no more electronics 📱 1-hour before bed. All of these factors will affect your sleep and cause you to lie awake in bed hours after you planned to fall asleep. _ Keeping this nightly checklist in order will keep you on track and assure you are getting proper sleep every night. Even if you don’t want to be vascular yourself, or think it’s naasssssty, let’s talk about what makes human’s veins pop out⤵️⤵️ . 💪There are 3 main things that can cause a human to be vascular. It’s also a combination of at least 2 of these that make things start popping. . 1️⃣ Genetics. We all know humans that don’t work out much, are super skinny, and have veins popping. . Genetically, some people are just most vascular than others. There are things you can do to become more vascular (we’ll talk about below). Buttt genetics play a big role. . 2️⃣Having some muscle. When you have more muscle on your frame, your veins start popping more. Your veins are on top of or near your muscles. . When you start getting swole, it pushes those veins up towards the skin, making them pop up. That’s why when you get a nice arm pump, your veins come out to play. . 3️⃣Your body fat is low enough. If you’re not lean enough, your veins aren’t going to show. . You could have lotsa muscle but if you have a good amount of body fat...sorry chief. No veins for you. . 🧐When I first started lifting, I always wondered why I was more vascular than other humans. I get it now. . 🏀🏈PS....growing up in Columbus, I’m a big time Ohio State sports fan. I’m extremely excited for Buckeye football and basketball to start back up!

Which is better, Conventional or Sumo deadlift? . SAVE FOR LATER! ↗️ . LEG DAY B [by @oakleyoday] . 1️⃣ So, for LEG DAY A we started with squats which is a little more quad dominant. For LEG DAY B, we are going to start with deadlifts which use the hamstrings more. . 2️⃣ Leg Press. This is great for building power and using a lot of weight. If you really want to focus on your quads, put your feet together during this one. . 3️⃣ Walking Lunges. Love-Hate relationship. 20 total steps. Great for so many muscles in the legs, too many for me to list! 😂 . 4️⃣&5️⃣ For Leg Extensions and Leg Curls, i like to do both of these exercises one leg at a time. This allows you to workout any imbalances and also focus more on mind-to-muscle connection. . 6️⃣ Leg Press-Calf Raise. I like to do this one leg at a time, too. Slightly bend the knee to really get a good contraction. Make sure you stretch all the way down and squeeze all the way up. Going through a full range of motion is key for building your calves.
