Made some low carb homemade pizza the last night using Lavash bread! Check out the macros on the whole thing! . . First I take the Lavash bread and fold it in half to make it a little thicker. Then cook the bread in the oven until it’s slightly crispy on both sides. Take it out add whatever toppings you want to add and put back into the oven until the cheese is melted! The back is a very large muscle and is up there with being one of the largest/widest muscle group in the body. Love my electric pressure cooker! Comes in handy for quick meals. Here’s a lentil and spinach soup, one of my favorites and filled with protein. 1 cup dry lentils 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion 3 garlic cloves minced 3-4 carrots 6 cups vegetable broth or water is okay too. Salt and pepper to taste . . 1. In pot add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic. Sautee for about two mins. 2. Add carrots and lentils and stir together for about 1 minute. 3. Add in the vegetable broth and salt and pepper to taste. Close pot and let cook on high pressure for 25 mins. 4. Release pressure and uncover. Add in one cup of baby spinach and mix into soup. . . Enjoy 😊 🌱

SHOULD YOU LOSE FAT OR BUILD MUSCLE?🤔 BY @antoniomazzottafitness . I’ve got a few messages lately from people asking me if they should start dieting or bulking first. . So let’s dive into that topic for a moment.⬇️ . When it comes to deciding going on a diet, the guidelines for men are between 15-20% and for women between 25-30% from my experience and from others. Once you are in between or even above, you should start thinking about going on a diet. Also, if you are looking yourself in the mirror and you are not happy with your body fat level anymore, go on a diet. Same goes if you are overweight or skinny fat. . On the other hand, you can start your bulk when you are between 8-12% (for men) and 15-20% (for women). If you don’t hold too much fat but are not toned either, there is no way for you to cut. If you want to tone your body, you need to build muscle first and then cut. Last but not least, if you are skinny with not a lot of muscle I highly recommend you to bulk first, even if you will have to sacrifice your “six pack” for a few months. . 🔸️110kg for 6 reps in the midst of my deadlifts today! 💪🔸️. . Not happy with my lower back leaning over so if anybody had some tips that would be great 👌 It seems more an issue with my flexibility than the weight on the bar!
