Decided to eat a bit more these days, looking less grainy but ive been having trouble with keeping consistent with the diet, 1 reason is because i quit smoking Vapor with a lot of noticotene to not smoking at all! So i need some kind of substitute! And also 2 because im a diabetic i tend to cramp much quicker when im dryer and in conjunction with having high blood sugar in my blood stream, i notice the strain on my body 2x more than usual, To the point where my mouth tastes like metal, and my throat starts to close on me. This could be a sign of heart stress. When having more fat and water retention on my body, the strain of having high blood sugar in my body I can tolerate much more and is much more capable of handling the stress. i dont notice these side effects mentioned above, Only fatigue and weakness in the legs if my blood sugar is too high for too long. I also dont compete for reasons such as these for my health, i diet for health reasons ONLY and looks are SECOND! If i crave junk food, i will not hesitate to enjoy them, if i begin to notice ANY signs of an eating disorder, i stop my diet right away. Listen to your body, NOT what your mirror tells you, and certainly not what your mind tells you either, discipline is Great! But not if you forget to stay connected with the oneness of it all. Ego and self are 2 realities we must face each day and continue to face to reach our ultimate truth. My image is part of my success, but not if its going to shorten my life or my happiness.
