We end up going to @thebhukkadcafe during the last weekend. While the presentation of the food was spot on their service wasn't.
On the table besides us were a bunch of food bloggers and during our entire time there we noticed that at every 10 mins or so one of the owners came up to their table and asked if they're ready to order and everytime their answer was we are waiting for a few more people. And it was only that table that was getting so much attention and no one else.
During the time of our order, we asked our server if they have a kids menu or anything they'd recommend for kids, and immediately our server replied "French fries." We thought he'd continue but didn't and after a small awkward silence we asked if there was anything else besides that that kids can eat. We asked about the SevPuri Sandwich (pictured) to which the server replied it was spicy and he recommended Dal Makhani Shots for the kid since it was not spicy.
And it so turned out that the Dal Makhani Shots was spicy and my 2 year old refused to eat that and anything after because she thought everything was spicy despite us reassuring her that the SevPuri Sandwich wasn't spicy at all.
When we asked the server that he recommended the Dal Shots for the kid but it was spicy he had nothing to say, he was just staring at us blankly and unapologetically.
And finally during the payment, a female staff asked if we had a zomato account, we replied we did, she then continued that we should review the restaurant and put her name in the review stating that she provided a good service despite the only service she provided was the bill.
