If people just allowed themselves to be weird, they wouldn't regularly crave these facsimiles, and they wouldn't turn pathological and criminal. After, I dropped him off back at the airport. This interaction only led to an awesome friendship. Kali terakhir kakyong bersenam adalah 17 hari lepas 🙊🙊. Lama gila kakyong cuti 😅. Hari ni bila #MisiOtai tanya nak pergi jogging tak, terus kakyong setuju. Lama tak menaktifkan diri...semput weh, tengah dok berlari tadi dalam kepala dah fikir nak buat satu pusingan aje. Tapi sebab segan dengan Misi Otai kita yang berumur 58 tahun pon steady lagi (siap tinggalkan kita beratus meter dibelakang 😂😂), maka kakyong push juga diri habiskan dua pusingan. Dapat laa 3KM untuk hari ini. Kesimpulannya, janganlah kita cuti lama sangat. Nak hilangkan mood lemau tu susah gila, lagi2 sebab beralasan yang nampak kukuh kononnya. Tapi apa yang penting, jangan terus beralasan dan terus berhenti. Struggling with cramping since mile 10 and mentally making it through because physically I was damaged, I approached the slip wall. We couldn’t burpee out of the obstacle and would be disqualified if we passed. I wasn’t going to give up the best trail time I have ever had and so I watched as many bodies passed. But I was determined to get it done. So after 20 attempts I finally made it over screaming “fuck you”. I went from a 11.5 minute mile to a 16 minute mile but I know I didn’t give up. It was worth knowing I accomplished it. The rest of the run was agonizing with my mangled knees, ant bites and all the cramping. I hobbled my way through the last miles and made it. My poor legs. My poor poor legs. Ahhhhhh peak week is here!!!! Can’t believe it. Very last week of my 80 day commitment. 💪💪 it’s crazy to look back and remember like it was yesterday day 1, it is hard starting something new and it takes time to build a routine, changing up what you’ve always done but when you do and you stick to a commitment it’s the BEST feeling!!! 😍😍😍 I’m feeling so excited and proud to be coming to the end of another 80 days. Round ✌️has built so much strength, I love the changes I’m seeing mentally and physically. . Day one or one ☝️day, wishing or dreaming is not going to get you closer to your goals ✨got to take the action everyday no matter how small to make progress. Once you start and once you see progress you won’t stop ✋!!! Time to get this workout in and start the week ✨💥✨💪💪 . . .

Lunch: Taco meat with corn chips diced cucumbers and celery shredded carrots and a lettuce/cabbage blend.. . Dinner (not shown): pepperoni pizza . Yes dinner not the best. When your sore and tired and leave cooking to others. You take what you get.

BuonSalve 😜 Iniziamo la settimana in maniera molto basic: #risobasmati e #merluzzo con giusto qualche pomodorino, non si sa mai che non assuma abbastanza micronutrienti 😅 Seconda settimana del nuovo protocollo, carichi in aumento così come la soddisfazione. Peccato che a fine allenamento più che andare allo spogliatoio mi ci trascino. Pomeriggio si riprendono i doveri che per troppo tempo in queste settimane ho accantonato. Non so se capitano anche a voi periodi in cui fare determinate cose, anche quelle quotidiane, diventa difficoltoso. Quasi che la mente provi repulsione anche solo nel cimentarvici. Credo sia normale... L'importante è sì talvolta assecondarsi e concedersi uno stop, laddove ciò è concesso, ma non lasciarsi poi del tutto "impigrire" a tempo indeterminato procrastinando ad infinitum. Bisogna ad un certo punto trovare la forza di reagire, e anche se a piccoli passi rimettersi in carreggiata.

Hey all, a happy Monday to you all. Today was back day for me and I'm really pleased about how my workout went. Moved more weight so definitely getting stronger and fitter. Some of the exercises performed today were:- Chin ups Wide grip lat pull downs Close grip pull downs Seated rows Straight arm pull downs I followed my workout with a good cardio session on a rowing machine and a nice walk. Enjoyed my chocolate PHD Diet Whey post workout shake once home and then enjoyed a nice session of yoga. Feeling great right now and looking forward to the rest of the day. Couldn't do this without my best friend/wife, my biggest fan and gym partner. I hope you all have a great day and enjoy your workout. Working on 45 minute weights and intense cardio. Today I tried the fat burn programme on the treadmill and I had a great sweat! Things will come together as long as I keep pushing. Wanted to talk about something a bit different here, in these two pictures, yeah - there’s a difference in the looks, but theres an even bigger difference in mentality! On the left picture (August 2017), I was obsessed with being ‘skinny’ and this day I remember only eating an ice cream and loads of Diet Coke all day, and back then in terms of working out, I’d mainly do cardio cardio cardio. - This second picture is a recent one (October 2018), after finding a balance, I stopped using food as a reward and exercise as the punishment. All progress is good progress - no matter how small the steps you take 🥰
