Funny how because the scale was actually up😳, I had no intention of really wanting to take a look at my before and after pictures from the eight week strength program I completed over the summer #alwayskeepinitreal
But I’m sure glad I did!!!
The number on the scale definitely does not define us and it is amazing to see the change in body composition by focusing on strength!!
The program was:
🔸4 days a week
🔸30 min workouts
🔸Flexible meal plan allowing for treats

There are different seasons of life where we focus on our professions, family, health etc and sometimes unforeseen events get thrown in the mix that require a lot of your mental and emotional energy and well... sometimes your fitness goals go on the back-burner for a variety of reasons...
For me it was caring for my dad extensively bedside in a hospital for a month for 14 hr days and more for months and months after... for some of my clients it’s things like a surgery, a move, a new child, new job etc etc aka all this is LIFE!!
My clients are real people who I care for dearly, who motivate and inspire me, who support me and who I LOVE doing online bootcamps with!!
We keep each other positive and accountable and on the right track! We learn, we grow and we lean in to the priceless human connection so many are lost not knowing exists!!
I’m super happy with my results from this, can feel and see that I’m on the right track to accomplish my goals in a safe and healthy way, my clothes fit better, I have more energy and was so proud to buy heavier weights and increase my strength gainz in just 8 weeks!!
Many of my clients are starting this for the first time on Mon along with some doing the 80 day one that released earlier this year and a variety of other nutrition & workout styles and schedules that work for them!!
