… this week I have chosen to go sugar free and now 4 days into the No Sugar rule, I feel great. I can’t say it was extremly hard so far, but I don’t eat a lot of sugar anyway so I would expect it to be easier. However, I have noticed that I do crave sugar and had to substitute more with fruit this week. I don’t eat a lot of fruit normally, but this week I ate a lot of sweet fruit like grapes, melon and peaches. I have missed my glass of wine but feel really good for not drinking it. So all in all good and I might stick to this for a little longer than a week.⠀
