Taking that moment of gratitude to my daily practice... Today I woke emotional and in my feels and vibes of loneliness and uncertainty. Instead of letting those feels turn my day to an emotional roller coaster, I stop, drop, meditate, yoga, and go within myself. Shifting that feeling for gratitude and knowing I am never alone and I am where I am meant to be. I am grateful for this mindful moment. What ever feels I have in me, you have in you. We all have the choice to attach to those feels OR feel them and allow them to expand in to space of gratitude and growth within us. Every emotion, every person, every place, is a teacher. Teaching us we are human and we grow and learn from having those feels. Stay expanded and full of gratitude, love, and light. Last night I journaled about how doing reaching for the amazing things that excite me and are in line with my purpose also scare me! I wrote - HOW will I make it work? WHAT IF I “fail”? 😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Honestly, going after your dreams, a promotion, or just living the day-to-day isn’t always fun or exciting - there are times when you’ll feel tired, want to quit and feel unsure. ✨💗BUT what I’ve learned is that if you truly put your heart, effort and time in it — something truly unexpectedly, AH-MAZING will happen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I ended my journaling by setting an intention to embrace ✨serendipity✨ - the occurrence occurrence of events by chance in a beneficial way. I encourage you to write down what you’re wanting to manifest in your life. Ask yourself- are you open to possibility? 💗Are you willing to be unsure and take a leap? Почувствуйте как удлиняются бока корпуса, как с каждым вдохом вытягивается ваш позвоночник, как увеличивается пространство между позвонками, а с каждым выдохом уходит все напряжение из тела. Медленный глубокий вдох, плавный длинный выдох до конца.. переведите внимание на внутренние ощущения, почувствуйте как Индия окутывает вас теплом, забирает в свои сети и влюбляет в себя навечно...

How did you wake up this morning? Feeling happy? Feeling tired? CBA? For some people getting out of bed is not a problem, for others ... it's a bit of a problem 😴I've been reading this book on Ikigai, it's all about what gives you 'the reason for getting up in the morning' or the appetite for life that makes you eager to greet each day. And so far the main thing I have taken from it is that getting up early has the most to do with starting small and the joy of little things. For example you can make a habit of having your favourite thing soon after you get up, and that can be your reason to get up.. think small ... one thing at a time. Don't worry about the whole day ahead! Only worry about the next ten minutes...my morning treat is a cup of tea with a generous teaspoon of honey ☕️🍯(really I should write two teaspoons)... and that's what I'm doing right now, I'm going to enjoy this little treat before I do anything else today 😌
