➡️For people who asked me how my diet has changed after the competition. "Ohhhh, you must started to eat a lot of fast food, drinking alcohol etc" - NOOOOPE. No, because I can't, but because I don't need that to feel more happy. 😉
Well, definitely my head can rest now, I don't have to count every single calorie, even bloody vegetables which I had to count, especially during peak week.
Nevertheless, I've decided to add some changes.
For the first week, I train at the gym only 2 times instead of 4, cardio 4 x 30mins instead of every day around an hour..
My body needs to rest, my head either.
Nevertheless I LOVE to eat my own meals, really enjoy my current lifestyle, so one big burger after the competition was enough for me👍. Calories went up obviously (carbs=more rice cakes😍) fat and protein were high before, so I didn't have to change anything.
I still eat carbs once a day, because I feel more full after FAT+PROTEIN in the morning, than after simple porridge + I don't feel sleepy.
So the answer means.. NO, I haven't started to eat my whole fridge and everything which was inside 🙈Still LOVE SO MUCH my famous omelettes and it's never gonna change. 🙈
That's my "off season"- no six pack, but also not +10kg within few weeks. 👍😊
