The aim of the day is to take some time out of your daily, weekly routine and connect with your inner-self, your inner peace, to recharge your energy and reflect a little. The day will help you to relax and enjoy sometime with and for yourself, learn about Yoga, wellbeing and Mindfulness.
Our new programme includes Yin Yoga which is a gentle, slow paced activity and will suit those who have never done Yoga before and those who are more experienced. The aim is to connect with your body and feel real inner peace, to soften and feel calm in the postures, to help your physical and mental wellbeing.
The silent walk of the beautiful peaceful grounds will also enable you to connect with the beautiful surrounding and how nature can impact our wellbeing and our inner soul.
Our wellbeing and Mindfulness activities will give you some time to understand how important it is to take care of our body and mind and provide some learning along with some self reflection.
The day schedule will include:- Yin Yoga
Talk on Primary Food
The day will include, refreshments (water, tea, coffee), vegetarian healthy snacks and vegetarian lunch
