Prep update 👙👑 it’s been a week since I’ve started prep, NOTHING intense lol - but within this time I traveled to LA, got extremely sick, then was at my highest weight EVER since before my 2016 prep. Yeah, crazy right!? 🙈🙈
My body was sooo stressed, tired, and just straight up P.O.’d at me - bloated, uncomfortable, digestion was NOT optimal, and I felt helpless. However, during this time I still hit my macros I was supposed to, and executed MY plan. ⬇️
I didn’t hop on the treadmill for cardio.
I didn’t decrease my macros.
I didn’t google “how to get skinny fast?”.
I trusted the process and knew it would pass - and guess what? Now I’m down 3 pounds, and feeling super great. 💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️
What I’m trying to say here is that your body KNOWS when it’s “under attack”, so don’t stress it out more!!! Trust the journey, and learn about your body during times like this. Never try dramatic measures for short term success. It never works.

I can’t wait to get y’all shook in a couple more weeks, cus it’s shredding sznnnn babyyy. 🗡🗡
