This is from 1100-1200 era... note what the Mongols are eating (page 87) in the attached--I encircled the interesting part. In a later section--not screen captured--it writes: "For the Mongols, the lifestyle of the peasant seemed incomprehensible. The Jurched territory was filled with so many people and yet so few animals; this was a stark contrast to Mongolia, where there were normally 5 to 10 animals for each human. To the Mongols, the farmer's fields were just grasslands, as were the gardens, and the peasants were like grazing animals rather than real humans who ate meat" (page 92). Meal 1 - 2 eggs scrambled with 2 pieces bacon diced and left over Brussels sprouts from last night's dinner. Perdón por darles la mala noticia 🤷🏻‍♀️ pero la verdad es que la mayoría son una bomba de azúcar, calorías y aceites vegetales tóxicos (como aceite de soya, canola, maíz, girasol, y cacahuete). . Hay granolas mejores que otras, pero tengan cuidado porque aunque estén endulzadas con miel, agave (peor opción), o azúcar de coco, sigue siendo AZÚCAR. El efecto que tiene en tu cuerpo y en tu sangre es el mismo. . Por eso les dejo esta receta que es de mis favoritas!! Granola de Coco 🥥 Está hecha SIN granos y SIN AZÚCAR. . Yo la endulcé con monk fruit pero la puedes probar sin endulzar porque todos los ingredientes son dulces por naturaleza. . Pruébala con diferentes nueces y semillas y cambia los condimentos para que pruebes diferentes versiones. Te dejo unas ideas: - Cacao - Matcha - Chai - Cúrcuma - Romero . Easy “breakfast” casserole! I made this over the weekend for our lunches this week. These casseroles are so versatile that I just don’t get tired of them. . ============= RECIPE: ============= * 1 pound breakfast sausage (cooked and drained) * 1/2 Cup bacon pieces * 1 Cup Ricotta cheese * 1 Cup Cheddar cheese * 1/4-1/2 Cup Salsa verde * 12 beaten eggs Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased or lined 13x9 dish. 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Top with chopped green onions and cilantro. 💃🏻 ENJOY! 💃🏻 If you make it, tag me! I’d love to see your creation!!

Terrible photo taken in the dark of a delicious dinner that saved a very stressful night. Toddler fell and had to get checked at minor injuries due to much blood and bruising and baby boy decided to stay awake for the whole ordeal instead of sleeping so ended up a very overtired 13 week old who screamed for a solid hour before finally settling to sleep. Thank goodness I had already prepared halved roasted butternut squash filled with veggies and steak strips in a creamy (coconut) sage sauce.

ZOMBIE a.k.a CELERY JUICE Approximately 6 months ago, I came across Anthony’s knowledge and even though my gut was telling me ‘yeah, this feels right‘ the lazy me didn’t pay attention. Anyway, I purchased the Medical medium book and had a read. My gut went again, ‘yeah, celery juice, I like that.’ And what did I do? Nothing! After a few months of ignoring my gut feeling, I finally started drinking! Celery juice obviously 😄 it’s such a good feeling to be squeezing some ‘zombie’ juice (as I call it) on a weekend morning.
