Everyone has a different threshold or tolerance for things. This includes pain, obnoxious noises, certain smells, bright lights, someone bumping into you, screaming children... etc. One person can get a piercing and not flinch while another person may almost pass out. Does this mean one is weaker? No, they just have a lower threshold for pain.
My point? Never presume how someone should react or handle a situation based on your own personal tolerances. They are not you and shouldn't be expected to act like you do.
If someone is having a hard time handling something that you think is a cake walk, don't judge; help! If you can't help, then at least be supportive. If you can't swallow your pride enough to even do that, then maybe you should keep your opinion to yourself. Your unfair judgement just causes them pain and leaves you looking like a jerk.
