I have wrinkles when I smile. Belly folds when I sit. Nope, I’m not the magazine covers next face, but I do strive EVERY day to be MY BEST “ME”. While I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, I try. ❤️💥 I read personal development, I fuel my body with a balanced diet, I get plenty of sleep and exercise. I set goals for myself, and I strive to mentally be better. I feel often times as busy as we get in this crazy life, we start to go through the motions way to often. When I run healthy and fitness private groups I really try to find people who have the right mindset and want and are WILLING TO DO THE WORK, to make the shift.
